Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Every item is carefully produced and checked before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs of the issue where possible so that we can resolve the problem quickly.
Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items are printed to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before production begins.
